Rester and Coleman Engineers, Inc., is an Alabama Corporation specializing in land planning, surveying and engineering design
of residential and commercial developments. The company was founded by William B. Irby in 1951. The name was changed to
Irby and Rester Engineers, Inc. In January of 1958 and changed again in 1963 to the current Rester and Coleman Engineers,
Inc. The current principals are:

Donald F. Coleman
D. Joel Coleman

Donald F. Coleman has resided in Mobile since 1959. He received his high school degree from the public school system of
Clarke County, Alabama. He attended Auburn University, graduating in 1959 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil
Engineering. He was first employed with the firm in 1959 and has been a Principal since 1963. Duties with the firm are
administrative, direction of planning and surveying activities and management of personnel. He is a registered Professional
Engineer in the States of Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.

D. Joel Coleman has resided in the Mobile area since 1964. He received his high school degree from St. Paul's Episcopal School
in Mobile. He attended Auburn University, graduating in 1988 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree and in 1990 with a
Master of Science Degree specializing in Environmental Engineering. He was first employed with the firm in 1990 and has been
a Principal since 2000. Duties with the firm are administrative, direction of Engineering activities and management of
personnel. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Alabama.
